		<description><![CDATA[Hi Sam! Spelt flour is a wheat-free, whole-grain flour and should be widely available. If you can&#039;t find it, you can substitute whole wheat flour. Agave nectar should be fairly easy to find as well (check your local health food store), but if not, you can try using honey instead if you are not vegan. Coconut nectar will be harder to find than agave. Hope that helps!]]></description>
