I have the same cookbook & received it as a lovely gift from my husband for Christmas! :) I love it so much & I leanred so much too!

She is a really creative vegan cook & vegan baker! I also have other vegan cookery books of her!

I would love to win a copy of this book as I am a huge fan of Terry – I saw her speak two years ago at the Toronto Veg Food Fair, and I own all of the Vegan Cupcake/Cookie/Pie books by her and Isa. I would love to try out some new vegan recipes, especially since all of your pictures look so delicious! Thanks for the opportunity to own a copy of the book!

I would love a copy of Vegan Eats World for so many reasons, the first being how much I love her work! I’ve been studying spice blends recently with my cooking partner, have yet to venture steadily into world cuisine, and have the recipe for Scramble Tofu Bahn Mi from ppk on my short list. Thank you for this giveaway and also the pictures of the dishes you made from the book; for some reason they seem accessible…and while I’m saying thank you, I’ve very much enjoyed Tiny Treats!!

In college, I learned of some unfortunate news about my health. So I decided to change to an all-vegan diet. Do you know who my best buddies were to kickstart my health back on track?! Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope!! My facebook was filled with food porn and it annoyed the crap out of everyone! But I made a ton of new friends because of it and conversations were happening everywhere!

So the reason why I want this book is because I enjoy cooking and Ms. Hope brings a touch of nostalgia (going back to the first days of my newfound veganism).

So please pick me!

Because Vegan Fire and Spice is my current all time favorite Vegan cookbook. Because I have all her other cookbooks. Because diversity, especially in my Vegan diet rules the world!
