The 30-Day Vegan Challenge giveaway!

You might be curious about the concept of veganism but something is stopping you from exploring it further. Maybe you have a pet and wonder if there’s a difference between him or her and the pig that turned into the bacon on your breakfast plate. Maybe you saw an eye-opening video about society’s treatment of animals. Or maybe you have been reading about the environmental impact of industrial animal agriculture or the health benefits of a plant-based diet.

Whatever the reasons might be, the fact that you’re thinking about it is the first step. But what next?

Have you ever heard of the theory that it takes only 30 days to change a habit? Because that’s what it really comes down to—changing old habits and becoming conscious of where your food comes from. This is where the 30-Day Vegan Challenge comes in. Created by my favourite activist and educator, Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, the 30-day challenge is a complete multimedia online program that gives you everything you need to support you on your journey towards optimal wellness and unconditional compassion.

The idea of being vegan might seem overwhelming and difficult, but if you’re even the slightest bit curious about the benefits of a plant-based diet, this is the program for you. Check out Colleen’s 2-minute video below for an introduction to how she can help.

    I would like to try to the 30-day vegan challenge because I’ve been a vegetarian for 6 years and tried many times to go vegan but failed each time. My lifestyle is pretty chaotic and I can’t always cook for myself so any help or advice would be great.

    I’m transitioning to vegan now, and hoping to go full-throttle come New Year’s, I would love the focus and structure of a 30-day challenge to keep me on track and motivated. I tweeted, subscribed, and liked ;)

    If I won I think I would give it away. I have a relative who has been interested in trying out a compassionate lifestyle but has had problems coming up with things to eat and hasn’t had a support system. I think this would be great for her!

    I’d love to win this for my Mum! I definitely think she is very nearly there in making the move to veganism but could do with a helpful, experienced guide to give her the little push she needs, as well as answer all her little nagging questions. Something I’m not terribly skilled at, although I do listen to Colleen’s podcast for all the help I can get :)

    i have been dealing with some health issues and did a lot of reading and have become totally turned off by dairy products and want to transition to a vegan lifestyle.

    I’d love to have a copy of this book to loan to some friends who are toying with a plant-based diet… Plus, I really enjoy Colleen’s recipes (I’ve got a few of her other cookbooks.) :-)
